Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) and Inductive Couple Plasma (ICP) analyzed the purified Co deposited on working microelectrodes. Observed optimum conditions for the cobalt purity were the use of a supporting electrolyte solution containing 1.2 M NH4OH + 0.2 M NH4Cl (pH = 10.0). 1.0 M KCl was used as a conducting electrolyte. Each micro cathode was 1 mm apart. The micro cathodes and anode were at a distance of 7.2 cm and at applied 8.9 V and 2.1 A, when the charge was distributed at 2500 Hz using a micro controller based digital electron switching system.
